The Penobscot Valley Chapter is an active chapter of Maine Audubon. It supports the Audubon mission of conservation and education in the greater Bangor region through localized programs and field trips and through ongoing support and stewardship of Fields Pond Audubon Center in Holden.
The Chapter offers free programs at Fields Pond Nature Center on the first Fridays of October- December and February – May. It offers a variety of field trips throughout the year at low or no cost to Audubon members.

The Board meets at the Fields Pond Nature Center on the third Wednesday of each month. All Audubon members are welcome to attend. Call the Nature Center for details at 989-2591.
