| The
Penobscot Valley Chapter
is an active chapter of Maine Audubon. It supports the Audubon mission
of conservation and education in the greater Bangor region through
localized programs and field trips and through ongoing support and
stewardship of Fields Pond Audubon Center in Holden.
The Chapter offers free programs at Fields Pond Nature Center and at
other venues, and a variety of
field trips
throughout the year at low or no cost to Audubon members. The Board meets at 7pm at the Fields Pond Audubon Center on the third Wednesday of each month. All Audubon members are welcome. Call the Center for details at 989-2591.
